I know it's early days in Dylan's career, but I can't help but feel he is going to be such an important cog in our backline for the next decade. Just amazes me that this kid slipped to the preseason draft.

With Rance, Grimes, Batchelor and hopefully Astbury coming along, I really don't think the future of our back-half looks as bad as some BF posters make it out to be.

It's great to see he is making full use of our gym. Definitely needs some work, he really reminds me of a young Dustin Fletcher. I'm really looking forward to his development in the next few years, best of luck to him!

Yep, Tyrone, or Brad Helbig on how it was like to be selected at 47 and played so many games in his first season.

Like the look of him, although remaining somewhat reserved at this point in time. I do recall the hysteria floating around Will Thurstfield at a similar stage of his career after a very promising game where he shut down Nick Riewoldt.

There are some similarities between his game and Thursty's at a young, similar age. Lets hope he continues to develop and become a Fletcher!

Decent sort of scar on the right thigh you can notice as he works out on the monkey bars. Sounds like a quality young man. I would actually like to hear Wayne Campbell and Brendon Lade interviewed about how they are each approaching clearance work with their groups

gee i wish we had him out there, just goes to show what can be plucked from pre season draft...he's like a top 20 pick...just need another 7-8 of his callibre added to the list and LOOK OUT

Grimes and Rance on dreamtime were great signs for our defence. Once Post starts getting the run of games he deserves we'll have a top trio of tall defenders with Mcguane and Astbury rotating as the 4th tall off the bench
