The infrared from cameras can f**k around with the wiimote sensor, found that out ages ago so it being dicky while being demo'd isnt an issue.


Well, Nintendo just trumped Microsoft. And if you can legitimately have proper 3d without those bullsh*t glasses, then Nintendo just f**ked the television industry up a bit too.

Wow I watched this on IGN and it was a pretty good stream, very surprising.

Nintendo just killed it for me. Goldeneye! DONKEY KONG COUNTRY! METAL GEAR ON THE 3DS?

Zelda looks to be more action based which is good, about time it was mixed up. Metroid looks great too. Kirby I can take or leave, looks like Yoshi Story with more unique gameplay. They've gone back to cell shaded somewhat but not cartoony like WW.

Mario Sports I'm a little apprehensive about. Mario Tennis, and to a lesser extent Mario Golf on the 64 set such a high standard. I hope the sports are more refined like the former rather than a bunch of mini games.

Even Epic Mickey looks alright.

If the 3D is that impressive (judging by how 3rd party developers are jumping on with top line franchises it should be) it's going to spin a shitload of money for them. Kid Icarus looked awesome. The 3D camera is also a fantastic idea. Do they even have standalone 3d cams on the market?

Throwaways: wii party, just dance 2.

Personally Goldeneye was the highlight for me, I had actually heard 0 goss about it so I required new pants at that stage.

If the press conference included an indepth look at Sonic 4 I would have exploded (even though I'd get it on PS3).

Hard to tell when such a small screen is being upscaled but yeah it looked around that level, maybe PS2 as GC graphics tended to be a lot smoother usually.
