I remember before the season saying we'd finish 8-12, gardner would get injured again, we'd be a forward short and glass's injury would hurt us...but everybody on here was saying oh no no no, we're top 4, no problems.
LOL.
We're going to be 1-3 after next week. I now think we'll finish 10-16.
And while I'm here - Andrew McDougall has absolutely no natural awareness as a forward. He doesn't even look like it. Could be the best thing for us if we end up having to use him in the ruck so we try somebody else up forward.
And Daniel Chick, my god, he has fallen so quickly in quality as a player that it's embarrassing for him. Pity, he used to be good.
The biggest test of Woosha's coaching career going to happen right about now.

Ok time for my usual eagles rant.
Midifeld wise their up there with the lions, will carry you guys into the finals.
But no Gardiner no top 4 finish.
If a midfielder breaks down you guys have had it, no backline or marking options the eagles are skating on very thin ice.
McDougal ill say it again will never repay the 3rd pick handed out for him. He hears footsteps

Did you not say that Carroll was a huge loss too...if so you credibility as to judging talent is shot...FWIW you can have him back, no charge.

Nice try but he was the 5th pick, taken after Luke Livingston at #4 - who is a total bust. McDougall will make it, he just isn't a FF yet and perhaps never will be... but he will be an AFL player.

McDougall was fine where he was selected. He was a totally dominant KPP (ruckman when needed) as a junior.
