Souths
Worsfold
Sumich
Matera
Jakovich
Hart

Easts
Wilson
Lockyer
Brennan
Mainy
Waterman

That makes 10 so far. How many more are there?

My memories have evaporated a little but;

Hart missed out injured in 92, which is why he was so happy in 94 :) Lockyer wasnt in the team.

So I THINK there was 9 - no Hart, no Lockyer but add Paul Harding who was East Freo originally??

Glendinning, Sumich, Kerr - three.

Mr Q / Ozzult / snakebite / whoever I missed were dead right too - Saints at Waverley.

On the #4, I'll have to wade in with David Antonowicz. Played about 3 games IIRC. Possibly not the best #4 the club ever had :D.

We need a new question.

What is the most number of goals that the Eagles have ever scored in one match? Don't need to worry about naming the team against, or the number of points, just the total number of goals.

29:18 (192) vs Brisbane Round 3, 1988 at the WACA

Correct.

But did you know that off the top of your head, or did you look it up?

Whoops!

Did Davo actually get a game? Remember him running around in the Ansett Cup - he debuted in the same game as Phil Read - but can't recall ever seeing him in a regular game.

I'll admit that I posted this, had second thoughts and looked it up. But yes he played 3 games

Apparently he was scared of handballing :D

Since there isn't a question out there:

What is the Eagles highest ever winning margin, and who did we beat?

Would have to be either that game against Freo when we absolutley flogged them (100 points plus) or the Adelaide Crows game in the same year when we flogged them by 100 points plus too

Uhhh no. That was 2000 (Freo by 117, Crows by 114), and we've had four wins bigger than either of those.

Hint: one of the clubs is right

anyone know the highest number of points scored in a west coast game?
If you mean West Coasts highest score, it was 29.18 192 against Brisbane in 1988.

but if you mean the highest combined total of both teams in an Eagles match, I don't know that one...

I'm a Geelong supporter, I was drafted under the father/son rule, I now play for West Coast.

Who am I?

Actually, I prefer to think of it as me being too smart! ;)

What player was in possession of the ball as the final siren went on that wonderful day of the '92 Grand Final?

Damn I remember this... it had just gone out of bounds on the full hadn't it?

Too early for clues..... :p

It's been shown a heap lately with all the highlights and the replay of the game last week.
