I think he deserves favouritism as he is the best melb cup horse in oz.

- He is being set for the race.
- He has won the race before.
- From all reports he is coming along better than last year.
- Proven at the distance (see point 2)
- It's only a free bet have a crack at life.

Has had one warm up race so far.

ah ok he ran in the makybe diva stakes... where did he finish?? was it a slashing run.. it was only 1600 m so not much can be read into it

neway whacked $25 each way on him for the cup at $7.50/2.63

Ran on well with Efficient in the last 200 or so.

Absolutely, but even in a pink fit i wouldnt be taking the $7 on offer. The Melbourne cup is always $5-6 the field. He's not going to show a lot before the cup so i think the price will get back out to double figures.

Great run today. He came home hands and heels and ran home very nicely in the Turnbull. I will be on him for back to back, with Zipping.

Good run today. The longer the better with this one. Was such a waste of time running and aiming it at the plate last year. Needs a long straight and a longer distance.
