I suppose I've just had a gutful of my team being so poor in recent years. Over my life we've had a few strong years but overall it hasn't been too good at all.

Any sort of criticism or put-down directed to me about the saints is like water off a ducks back. It just makes me laugh and has the opposite effect (which usually consists of me talking about St Kilda for the next few years ).

However when I saw it happening to someone else, singling out another supporter and rubbing in their poor start, it annoyed me a little.

But reading a little more, I've seen the way Sabre has spoken about your team and you were perfectly entitled to your post.

Sorry about that, I just guess I have some sort of affinity with supporters of teams that are struggling.

I still hate the crows personally. Something to do with a Grand Final a few years I think.

That is the most unfounded factless statement ive EVER heard. as much as i cant stand adelaide...theyve won 4 out of their last 5 or something...Fremantle has won 4 games in their last TWENTY games. And somehow you come up with Freo is in a better shape than Adelaide. Adelaide beat a team who has been widely tipped as a top 5-6 side (i dont believe they will be anymore) at the mcg....yet fremantle were 10 goals behind against a team who had lost 5 in a row and were playing at subi. And somehow fremantle is in a better shape??
Your 0-8 start has pretty much ensured that EVERYONE will finish in front of the dockers. Such inspiring stuff !! As long as Drum is coach ( the coach who said he didn't give a stuff what the media wrote ), Fremantle will always be useless. As a player he was average, as a coach he is average, and his attitude is average which all culminates in his pathetic footy side being average.

What they need is someone they can respect. John Worsfold perhaps - a guy who has played and captained the Eagles to two flags and knows what it takes to get there.

GET OVER IT SABRE. If you cant face the truth that some supporters of other clubs do not find Fremantle to be the next big thing, then get a life, grow a brain and move on with your life. Not everyone finds Fremantle to be the next big thing, the most potentially exciting team in teh AFL, the new power of the afl. Some just find them to be utter crap and without a bunch of talent.

Start of the year when ladder predictions were being put up.
I went through most of the teams and said where they would finish.
And mentioned why Adelaide would struggle and why the ealges would struggle.
Ask people like ant and Crows.ok, we had countless discussions on this.
Im not saying it again, if you want to know why go back and find the posts.

See when you conviently appeared after Port had made there unforseen revival, you would have missed most of these posts.

None of your arguements as to why Adelaide would struggle, and Freo would make the eight, made sense then, and particularly they don't make sense now, in the light of actual performances.

Youve mentioned yet again that you think i went missing while port was in their down patch last year and have shown up while in their good times this year.

Please...you go to deja.com and look up the aussie-rules newsgroup and you will see 1000s of posts by me last year, all thru out our bad patch. I only found out about BigFooty in January, and you will see that i registered in January 2001. I have posted an averag of 8 posts a day since then...so to say that im just a bandwagoner (which you are saying by the way) is full of crap. I did not convinently appear at ports revival...i showed up when i found out about bigfooty full stop. I really dont appreciate being called a bandwagoner. I have not called you, nor any other true supporter a bandwagoner. Ive been going to the footy since i was 4, and ive probbaly been to more footy games than youve had hot dinners, so i dont think your in ANY position to say who or who isnt a bandwagoner. As i said...check out the aussie rules newsgroup on bigfooty to have a look at all the posts i made last year.

Actually, your assessments were based on an imagined lack of certain players, and also on the completely erroneous belief that Adelaide had an aging list.

You simply ignored it when it was pointed out to you that Adelaide's lsit has three all-Australians, a very good and consistent crop of better players particularly in the midfield, and that our second stringers such as McGregor, Stenglein, Burton, Stevens et al were improving to the point of becoming regular names on the best players list also.

There have been only two things that have troubled Crows this season - an initially long injury list which included five or six first choice players, and inaccuracy at shooting for goal. Had we shot at goal with even modest accuracy against Freo for example, Crows would have won by 50 points not 20. Had we converted to goals this season (to illustrate the point) only those misses that 'hit the post', Crows would have had two additional wins, against Melbourne & Hawks.

None of Crows 'lackings' this season have been due to a poor list. The first of Crows problems (too many injured players) was partially overcome by round 4 and has improved since, not unremarkably co-inciding with a signiificant improvement in Crows on-field performances.

The second 'lacking' (inaccuracy) is still with us to some extent. Its legacy remains revealed in our poor percentage. But even that problem is abating, and it was overcome entirely for one quarter against Richmond (and for the last five minutes against freo). I'm hoping that Crows inaccuracy will slowly lessen as the season progresses. I'm tipping Crows to eventually win about 13 games, and finish comfortably in the final eight.

After all, Crows even now, after a slow start, are out of the eight only on percentage.

The only problem i have with the crows list is a lack of depth and experience. If the crows get around about 5 or 6 injuries then the players to come in arent really up to AFL standard at this point in time. They have the youngest list ever....but due to the main team being players that have been there for 7-8-9 years (bickley, smart etc) then it gives the perception of an 'aging list'. Crows have a lot of players that will be good in 2-3 years time, skipworth being prime example, but just need the experience and some time to bulk up. What lackings have haunted adelaide thru the season??? They are doing reasonably well. As crowok said...its only mainly bad kicking. I believe adelaides problem isnt the list but they dont seem to play more than 1 1/2 good quarters of footy per game. When they fix that up, they will be a very good side.

I have commented on the crows on most if not all of their games, as i watch most or all of their games. Ive also done the same about Collingwood...and Port....and richmond.

The difference between you and Joffa is that Joffa isnt serious when he bags most clubs before a match (note the LOLs in his posts), where as you are deadly serious when you say "Adelaide is in a worser state than Fremantle" and "these lackings have haunted you thru the season so i was not wrong". I know your still a bit uneducated on football but geez, you make so many stupid comments and statements, which in your little mind believe is the truth when in fact its nowhere near the truth. You say Freo is in a better state than Adelaide...yet all evidence points to that being far far far from the truth. If you were REALLY confident about your argument on that subject you would have no quarms in stating your reasons again. The fact that you refuse to state your reasons and say "go do a search" just proves that you are most likely wrong.

You make all these statements and claim you are correct, but whenever you are questioned on the statements and asked for reasons, you change the subject and scream "anti freo". If i had said "HAHA YOUR ********, YOU CANT WIN A BLOODY GAME, YOU ARE CRAP CRAP CRAP" after every loss and rubbed it in, in a number of posts, then i would say yes i am anti freo. Fact is, you say these things about freo...i read them and i say my opinion from a neutral supporters point of view. LIKE, you said "Schell kicked 8 goals in the WAFL at the age of 21"...you say it as if it is a mammoth achievement worthy of great recognition...yet you look in every other league and you will see the same. Tredrea kicked 8 at the age of 20, Hodges kicked 153 goals in teh SANFL at the age of 19/20.
You call that anti freo...i call it putting you back in your place.

You overstate your club so much that i always chuckle when i read your posts and cant help but reply...especially when you bag other clubs in the same post. You treat Fremantle as if they are premiership material. You treat other clubs that are higher on the ladder and with more potential like they havent won a game for the year. All my posts havent been 'rubbing it in' havent been 'bagging your club'...as ive said about 5 other times, every post of mine on fremantle has just been stating the truth, facts, or personal opinion with logical reasons to back up my point. All of your points on fremantle are just from a loyal, overly bias supporter who changes the subject or avoids he questiuon completly when asked for some reasons.

Like you accuse other teams of having 'lackings' and they wont make the eight, but if i suggest to you that fremantle is in the same position and have the same lackings then you cry 'anti freo' again.

You say "Pavlich is a champion" i will sya "no he is not" not because i am anti freo...its because he is NOT a champion YET and i am stating the obvious and putting you back in your place. Thats all.

If you think im anti freo...then you can think that all you like...but i am TELLING you now (not that it matters anyway you're that arrogant) that i am NOT anti freo.

Excuse me but my comments on Adelaide were repeated over and over numerous times. At the start of the year when people were making predictions. I was constantly bagged and I backed up my statesments and didnt cry "anti freo".
Your the only poster on this board that I belive to be really anti freo. Or at the very least to have a unhealthy obsession with the dockers.

This my last post on this till your undoubted post after the sydney games on where Freo went wrong (if at all), and the following week against richmond.

O and notice your examples of other posters that comment nearly as much as you on the dockers. Are eagle supporters (Freo biggest rivals), and if im correct Eaglekickass also says allot of positive things about the Dockers, as its his second team.
