I think he'll definitely come into it more post-Mania.

Right now he's going to give Orton momentum at Elimination Chamber leading up to the title match at Mania, but there's a very good chance that either Orton or Wyatt will be walking out of Mania as champ which surely means Harper will be involved somehow.
