If the ball travels that far without a deflection and hits your arm denying an attacker a chance then it’s a handball.
It was nearly as clear as why Stan Sports only committed 30 seconds of over five minutes in highlights of the Burnley v Everton game to the first half and wasted nearly two minutes on the last Everton chance of the game.

The PL said Maatsen had his arm in a natural position. They must have judged that he was using it to fend off Neto.

There was a similar one in the United v Newcastle game. The ball hit Lisandro Martinez's arm but it was outstretched because he had just been tussling with Malick Thiaw.
