The players should FINALLY shoulder some blame. Some supporters have been way too quick to jump on the managers. Now after our 3rd manager in 3 years, there is one constant, and that is the playing group. Needs a deep clean out over the next 12 months.

Idk what term I'm looking for?. But there's something about a Merseyside derby for me where it doesn't matter how long it's been since the last one, it have clear memories of the previous games as if the time since hadn't occurred or wasn't that long ago?

When I think of Marco Silva managing us, it feels like it was years ago. but when I think of his last game, the 5-2 belting in December, it might as well have happened a couple of months ago. Then the FA Cup game, getting done by that cracking goal. That's a pretty fresh memory.
