All evidence for me points to Bomber recording the convo. His voice is the loudest, meaning the recording device (most likely a phone) was next to him.
If they were all aware the recording was being made, they might have all had copies. The fact that they all supposedly agreed for it to be released, hints that they knew, but they also might have been surprised but agreed to release it after hearing and editing. It has clearly been edited.
My biggest question is what's been left out and why?

This was my line of thinking in 2013 when the AFL were avoiding having to punish the Dopers. Reality is though, there are so many rusted on supporters that the AFL could kill Bambi & most wouldn't blink an eyelid. You look at the membership numbers at Hawthorn, Collingwood, Richmond, the Dopers & more recently the Cattery & it demonstrates that the supporters continue to support the game in spite of the cover ups, corruption, nepotism etc.

where would a disillusioned afl fan go? we only have one sport that we truly love in winter - we only have one top level version of it - what are we gonna do - follow soccer? baseball? the afl know we will hang on in the desperate hope we will still recognize our glorious game despite what they have done to it - consequently attendance numbers mean nothing, they will always be strong
