Biggest question is what happens if someone isn't online for a while, any time restrictions to make your choices?

i doubt checking every 2 hours will cause a problem, don't expect to fly through it in a week

When we pick or team do we just pick any 22 players or do we have to pick every position taken on the ground ? In other words do we have to pick a 2 FP's 2 BP's etc.?
