I keep thinking back to Fev and Goodes...ah **** it, if this and Hirds 250th cant spur us to play out of our skins, nothing will.

Fev on Didak was different (if that's the one you're referring to). Didak saw him coming, granted at the last second, and he fell to the ground to milk it. The contact was minimal.

Lloyd's is very similar to Goodes though.... however they successfully argued that it was a strike, not a charge. BS I know, but technically correct (in the tribunal's opinion anyway). To my knowledge, Essendon used the same tactic and failed. IMO the footage was pretty conclusive. If the contact had have been made front on he wouldn't have got cited, but because he hit him square in the back and Carroll has no idea he was there, that was the killer.
