Very interesting documentary on youtube, put together by Code Sports, only a few weeks old.

It talks about the rise and fall of Essendon. Key Essendon figures are interviewed too.

They really were awesome during that 1999 to 2001 period. Probablg should have won at least one more Premiership.

Then slowly the decline set in to what it is currently.

Should be called the lost years part 2. The 70s were part 1 - only ‘big’ Melbourne based club that didn’t win a flag or have a fair crack at winning one. Actually think made finals 3 times and St Kilda dealt with them twice. Shocker.
