Well I was ready to turn off in disgust when Dempsey scored. Glad i stuck it out. Absolutely brilliant.

Bit concerning Mirallas may be looking at another stint on the sidelines. He is an absolute star.

One for all and all for one mentality there, love it.

Moyesey's reaction to the second was brilliant, then winter coat straight off and at the sideline with the fire in his eyes back. Just have to hope it was precautionary with Mirallas, he did feel for it just after that ridiculous run he made down the sideline then across the edge of the box. Fully fit he's going to tear shreds in opponents

That was such a sexy win. If we can keep super kev fit we are top 4 bound

Previously, Tottenham were just a nothing club for me. They didn't spark any love or hate from me. During the 04/05 season (4th, the best seaon under Moyes), it was SEN1116 first full summer. During this time, they'd have a soccer show. One of the guys on the show was a guy named Michael Lynch. Some of you may know him, a soccer/motorsport journo. Some of you may remember, up until that season, the top 4 was rusted on, year in, year out (manu, arsenal, chelsea, poo), and everybody accepted this, this was how the epl was att.

As I stated before we ened up 4th. But it wasn't a massive late run, followed by another team's form slump 4th, "lucky to pinch it" 4th. We had showed form throughout the season and were 4th all the way. It started with Rooney's first goal in the epl (a late, audacious, long range bomb, that handed Arsenal's first loss in 2 seasons), which led to a run of six straight wins for us (before being ended by Shearer's cracking volley in a similar situation to Rooney's goal.

I would listen to the radio show, like you do. This bloke Lynch, would never credit our form, he would always make comments slanted in a way as if to say this purple patch will end, he didn't rate Everton at all...At all. Then one time during that season, we suffered a bad loss ( in january or something). I listen to the show and I hear this guy Lynch, upon reviewing the game, say something like, paraphrasing "They've got their comeuppance". There was no reason for this type of comment, but he had made it obvious, throughout the shows, that he wasn't enjoying and didn't rate Everton's resurgence, which was the story of the season.

Lynch is a Tottenham fan. Since that season, from being a nothing club to me, Tottenham became one of my most hated teams and i loved what happened last night. Sucked in Tottenham and **** you Michael Lynch!

No Hibbert either.

Tomorrow's game should provide us with the 3 points.

I am not feeling as confident.
Aren't Stoke unbeaten at home this season?

I thought Piennar looked a lot more lively against Tottenham so hopefully he can get on a good run of form.

Haven't beaten them for 4 years, they are the only other team apart from us unbeaten at home & have only conceded 2 goals there..

Pienaar, Osman & probably Baines & Coleman will have the shit kicked out of them like usual, hopefully we can still play football & break them down while they hope for an opening.

Can't believe I woke up at 2am to watch a match involving Stoke! I forgot how horrible they are to watch, we were brought down to their level too.
Gonna hurt not having Fellaini or Mirallas for the games over the Xmas period. Osman should've scored, as should've Pienaar at the death. Howard has to make that save too, should be regulation.

We could've gone home with the 3 points IF OSMAN HAD SCORED THAT SHOT!!! **** me that was such an average game, was surprised when the best defence conceded an own goal and was a bit nervous by the way Fellaini was acting towards Shawcross as he could've been sent off.

Lol I never went to bed, came home half an hour earlier (drunk) and was ready for some Everton domination.

That miss from Osman was an absolute disgrace. As soon as he missed it I knew it was going to come back and bite us.

First game I have missed in a long time. Glad it was against stoke. Got the replay ready to watch when I get home from bed.

Ha I was still hung over from Friday night. I'll miss the game against West Ham, not overly confident about it but I hope that Barkley starts.
