Makes it so sweet to end their title hopes. Piss off city. **** we were epic tonight

Glad we're so important to you. But our title chances were blown a good month or two ago.

Congratulations on the win. Too good once again.

Man City can buy all the best players in the world, all the league titles, FA cups and CL spot, but they can't buy their way out of being our bitches!!!!!!!!

Having great players, league titles, FA Cup(s), CL spot isn't a bad second prize though to be fair.

Kolarov will have nightmares about Coleman tonight, and Kolo Toure will see Anichebe every time he closes his eyes :)

Love to be proved wrong so credit where it's due, Mucha was outstanding today. The way he charged off his line I can't recall Tim doing as he prefers to use his size, but in those situations you have to charge out. Coleman was brilliant offensively, and solid defensively, my man of the match

It's a long story.. Don't take it personally :)

Lol, Mancini was "too angry" to speak to the media after the game, claiming it would have been different if decisions went for them. Yet again he's a classless piece of shit, unable to recognize that decisions also went against us. Mirallas' goal, Milner's unpunished Kung Fu tackle over the ball, Nastasic's block on Fellaini that could have been a penalty just as much, and the fact that apart from a few minutes of the entire game they created a few chances, we absolutely dominated them. I know he hates us because we have made his team our bitch since hes been in charge, I just wish he could show a bit of spine and give us credit for once

Platt said that Mancini was angry about the decision even though we didn't deserve anything from the game it could have got us back.into the game, but he was also angry at the way we played.

Forgot Moyes was always the gracious loser that never criticised refs decisions.

A few quick thoughts on the game now I have composed.

A) My missus would be glad she wasn't home this weekend or the Fellaini wig would have been whipped out of the draw straight after full time.

B) Coleman sensational down the right after last week.

C) Fellaini was back to his best, pity we will miss him for the next two now though.

D) Jelly scoring was the perfect end, he needed that so badly. I hope we play him and Vic up front after the international week.

E) Peanuts deserved what he got, that second tackle was horrid.

F) Where has that ever been from Mucha? Commanded the area, absolute boss.

G) Haha Liverpool.

To be fair to Mucha he has never been given a chance at Everton since he arrived. Even after Howard has made mistakes, Moyes has always picked him the following games. The only way Mucha was ever going to get games at Premier League level was if Howard was injured and that is what has happened. But if he continues to play like that and keep clean sheets {something Howard cannot do} he might get more of a chance in future.

Are you arguing for the sake of arguing? Moyes is no angel but we are affected by the referees so poorly on a few occasions, that's when he speaks up about it. You don't seem to think so but Moyes is very respectful of other managers, fat Spanish waiter included who was very much against us when he was across the park. Mancini very rarely credits other teams, much like Mark Hughes acted like it was your divine right to own everything because of the money available plus how smooth everything seems to go when you have that. Just remember, respect is a two way street mate ;)

If you want to have a go at Mancini for something he didn't say be my guest.

If you want to have a go at Mancini for something David Platt said you should maybe watch/read the interview where he acknowledged Everton were the better side and we got lucky with decisions of our own.

But I can see from the Hughes reference that you are one of those that have fallen for the manufactured rivalry between the two clubs over the sale if a player that probably saved your club from the bankruptcy courts.

Once again congrats on the win.

That is a very fair response Moomba.

What is even more baffling is apparently there is a chance Lescott could end up back at Everton according to some of the press.

Available for £4m apparently. I wouldn't be upset to see him go back, even with a £20m loss. Had a key role in cup and league wins and for that I'll always think well of him (despite never wanting him at that price and actively wanting him to never wear the shirt again a year or so later).

I think the emnity between Lescott and Everton people would be forgotten pretty quickly too.

Boring game coming up against Stoke, it's at 4:30am. No thanks.
"I'm so keen to get up at 3.30am to watch us play Stoke", said no-one ever.
