Well anything with a dark atmosphere could go in here i guess.Probably doubles up with the dark ambient thread really.Oh well.If i wanted to make a huge reply thread i'd make one on the JJJ band of the moment,whoever that is.Also,i've already found some recommendations in here that i like and can hunt down later.That is the point of music threads imo

The Theremin is an excellent instrument to play without touching it. Been used with great effect in numerous films/songs.

Not that long ago was really rare. The increasing popularity has seen a flood of affordable Theremins on the market.

Being a Russian invention in the 1920's.

All about interpretation as far as Evil goes. To me, thats how it sounds, even with the Beach Boy's.

Love the sound of this instrument. Put to good use in many a science fiction movie.

Can sound rockin too as displayed by The Jon Spencer Blues Explosion. Who have been deemed evil.

Suspiria, already mentioned is brilliant, as anything by Goblin.
