Finishing this year in 12th....Probably should have finished a bit higher, but in all, we improved over last year. Which is what we were aiming for. Next year, in my eyes, we should be aiming to finalise a game plan, get a decent backline up and running and aiming for a top 8 finish. Obviously, if we don't make the finals, it will be dissappointing, but not unexpected. We should be aiming for consistency more then anything. We showed this year, that when we play good, we are a team that can match it with most of the teams that made the 8 this year. 2013 I think...will be the start of Richmond making a consistant run at the finals. Which is a postive, hopefully. it will end up with our 11th flag.
