Extra Moderator on our board?

I think Khan and Peejay do a great job on our board but does anyone else think we are in need of another moderator?As ours seem not to be online as much as other moderators on rival teams boards.
I just thought there are posters whom are on this board ALL THE TIME who may fit the bill as the 3rd moderator.

And obviously if another was appointed who would be the likely candidate.

TigerBoyz,Realistic Tiger or Phoenix Rise would be reasonable choices IMO

Spec mod - it's like a semi mod as far as I know. For country league boards or something maybe, but you don't get all the same benefits as full mods.
