Yeah good question, there are a few roles that seem to have specific skills and I'm wondering if that skill is lost once a member dies. Would make it more interesting imo, if a faction lost the ability to kill or something.

Those are the members of the faction who can kill, so if they die, the faction can no longer execute 'kill' night actions unless they recruit someone who can also kill. Tried to fit it in with the Fallout theme of their being specific jobs for specific types of people in the Wasteland.
