The elite four - piss easy, take an array of all types of Pokemon, usually you'll find that you only need one type for certain battles as most have the same type of Pokemon.

From memory you just need to stack up on your potions and full restores and you should be sweet haha, usually did it with about 3 or 4 at level 40 odd
