Fattest I can think of is Alien Ant Farm, which from memory had 2 really fat guitarists.

-but I'm expecting that I'm a long long long long way off the mark..

Dino Cazeres (Fear Factory) deserves a mention in his own right, fattest guitarist I've seen.

The Porkers (as their name suggests) were real porkers, and given they were a 7 piece ska band probably weighed as much as any Australian band that has ever existed (if you exclude orchestas of course)
