I liked the Western Oval the best because it even the inner was an outer .... the 'inner outer' I labelled it, in my newsletters.

I unfortunately never saw a match at Junction Oval, apart from a cheer squad match I played in, against North Melbourne and Melbourne in a triangular series. I play sheizenhausen.

Princes Park was great, but that might simply have been because it was the first place I had seen the Roys play, except for one match with a family full of Pies fans at Vic Park.

Obviously, I never saw us play at Brunswick St. Wait a minute, yes I did, either a reserve match or a practice match, against Carlton.
