Will there be lesbians and a spa? Checking for tessie. He might be able to act out his fantasy....
Haha no spa,
But, am sure I can invite a few same sex couples who want to marry.
And a few nasty feminists. And smokers.
And certainly there will be plenty of 'my ilk' there.
Will invite Obama and hope he can make it.
Tessbo will have a ball.

Suuure.
a spa party. In 2005. Hahaha!
How 1987 of you, was there cask wine and cubed cheese? In your fantasy, do they kiss?

maybe he means day spa, they were all the rage in the mid 00's mate of mine worked at one in hope of seeing heaps of hot chicks wearing next to nothing. poor bloke still tells tales of his nightmares in that place.

Ooh. Please invite Hilary.
A feminist, no doubt controlled by Satan.
He'll love it.

Haha! :D

a day spa, is one thing..

A suburban spa party? Sounds like a scene off that tv show "pacific drive"

.

Why is that tesseract alyssa?

What does that mean? What is the explanation as to how the data was gathered and calculated?

really? and you quipped at me, "welcome to last week". Did you not look at any of the data, did you read the article?

http://www.the-glass-ceiling-index.org/index_650.html
at the bottom of this page,

The Glass Ceiling Index was made as part of Govhack 2015 by Harry Cominos, Lewis Bailey and Robert d'Apice.
The Glass Ceiling uses tax data provided by the Australian Taxation Office.
Download the source data as a Tab Delimited Text File or check out the Github repository.

2 Followers on Github? Is this link even anything real. I don't think that 6000 figure is what you think it is, Cartwright. {Gender_dominance_Number_MALE} That seems like number of employees in a job - male and female differential. That's not a "wage gap".

I get shit about YT videos (99% of which have backed research into them, contrary to the ad hoc slander that comes), then this looks like a piece of shit nobody even takes stock in nor can understand. It's not from any research institute, its not appearing peer reviewed, not collated properly, explained or presented in a palatable manner. Apart from those caveats..

I read the article, i did not remember school principals which is buried down the bottom of the list.
Having looked at the 'source data' that you linked to, there is no information about:
1. How are principals' salaries calculated? Is it an award rate or based on performance / negotiation? similarly, is there a difference between public and private?
2. There is no indication of experience - how long have they been principal? How long did they teach and in what roles beforehand? - in the absence of any info in this regard its quite reasonable to assume that this will be a contributor.
3. There is no accounting for personal choice. The claim that males are 1.4 times more likely to reach a 'high paying role' can be entirely explained away by personal choice, however I suspect the answer lies somewhere between the two extremes. The data presented does not provide any information in this regard.

So, as you like to more or less say, "you got nothing". You can't even cite what you claim of me.
It isn't religious but one of my favourite links that I mistakenly read and is a fun read.
http://www.wnd.com/2014/10/feminism-todays-womens-ku-klux-klan/, was a great read KKK being an authority on women, hahahaha
No comment from you just the headline and the link. What a joke you are.

I am so fortunate that I grew up with a father and 3 brothers who didn't think like you nor saw females like you do.
They would have laughed at you (very loudly).

I have a friend/mentor who grew up with three sisters, and there was hardly a woman he couldn't charm, he'd be a real catch were it not for the fact he's a raging alcoholic.

sorry? Github is a service to house data. I am not sure what the number of followers it has, has to do with anything.

The 6000, is clearly in the column labelled Salary, 2013 Diff.

You get shit, because you post shit.

Sure, my main query was the increase in the pay gap, from data sourced from 2009. But at least this is Australian data, and relatively recent.

Three replies and still no evidence via quotes of me being anti gay marriage. You're not very good at this.
Perhaps it is not some much as being anti, but little evidence to show you are pro. In fact one would have to search to find your first post where you supported gay marriage

Your many posts re the goat for mine was an example to derail a thread that means a lot to a number of posters.

However if you are serious and not taking the mickey out of some people on this thread then I have a couple of links that may help you pursue your love for the goat.

https://www.change.org/en-AU - here you can start a petition to encourage like minded people to support you.
http://www.thepetitionsite.com/crea...n_au_desktop&gclid=CP_PiIXS3sYCFQ4AvAodgtIHlg - a site that assists you in how to start a petition.

Not sure I would contact the RSPCA at this stage as they may object.

I have felt very strongly in the past regarding a certain issue and presented a petition to the Vic Government at an inquiry. It was successful!
Please don't ask what it was about as it was sensitive and my group was allowed to present 'in camera'.

Yes, good to see Australian data, but the data presented is relatively useless in determining any causation.
Such a small increase in pay gap can be caused by anything - quite likely more higher paid women retiring or otherwise moving on.

I think you would have to search to find most people's first post where they supported gay marriage :drunk:

Thank you.
Yes you are right, but then they show some consistency unlike you and your goat stories.

Why would a person wanting to marry a goat object to gay marriage? I'm pretty sure old mate Baseless Claim Train posted the same moronic comment last night, it's not any smarter coming from you

Way to miss the point. I hesitate to say that you are too smart because you know exactly what you are posting.

Your point was that posting about goat marriage was somehow inconsistent with supporting gay marriage, was it not?

Okay, spell it out for you...
No! An attempt to derail a serious thread as I don't believe that you were seriously considering it marrying a goat. Not that I would object but I would be concerned for the goat and their freedom of speech and ability to consent.
You admit to being pro gay marriage when challenged but upon reading the majority of your posts seem to indicate the opposite.
I had to carry out a lengthy search to find when you first stated your support. You seem to make this thread your playground.

The goat discussion was far more interesting than anything that had been posted in that thread for weeks. It's the same old circular arguments over and over again, complete with walls of text from tesseract and whoever decided to engage him on that particular day. It's quite reasonable to discuss marriage to animals in a thread dedicated to discussing marriage equality.
If you really think that 'the majority of my posts' indicate that I don't support gay marriage you struggle with basic comprehension, are unable to separate discussion of facts and concepts from cheerleading, and feel the need to categorise anyone who does not continually cheerlead for gay marriage into the 'anti' camp. Your difficulty in accepting my stated support for gay marriage is due to cognitive dissonance as accepting same would throw your rigid assumptions into disarray.
