Righto, lets get the ball rolling. Fev for Grant, straight up swap. Big risk for the Blues, but Grant is a potential star forward. He is only 20 years old as well which means he fits in beautifully with the rest of our side.
Fev would suit the Dogs down to the ground; probably win them a premiership.

I see this as a win win for everyone.
Dogs get premiership (or very close to it)
Carlton get young gun forward
Fev plays in premiership side
Grant develops in developing side and hopefully wins many premierships in years to come.

Has to be done at the end of this year, or we will have to hold on to Fev for the rest of his career.

you have to be kidding. Would not do that swap even if Dogs offered their first pick for the next 5 years.

Im sorry... has Fev done something wrong again???

HE SIGNED UP LAST YEAR UNTIL THE END OF 2011 FFS. HE WILL BE A BLUE FOR LIFE. HE WILL NOT BE TRADED.

GET OVER IT :thumbsd:

Grants a good player from what I saw from him as a junior but not a straight swap they gotta give us something else. I doubt the Dogs would wanna trade anyways as most of there midfielders are young still.

I cant see any benefit to Carlton in this at all.

If Carlton want to win a premiership in the next 2 to 4 years, they'll need Fev.

15 years time...

"So Chris, who is Carlton's greatest ever goalkicker again?"
"You know, that bloke that could be just amazing to watch, big personality, loads of character.."
"Ummm...?"
"You remember - the bloke that was constantly criticised from our supporters, and was suggested to be traded every second week."
"Oh yeah thats right, good old Fev!"

Two things.
Firstly he was less than impressive with what I saw, but it was only his first or second game.

Secondly, there is a very dangerous word you have used there. Don't get carried away with it.

Thirdly (O.K., I've added another thing :p) Fev is already going to the Swans for their first round pick and Pat Veszpremi.
Wayward forward - tick
Big Profile - tick
Great with kids/sell the game - tick
Won't have to chase his man due to the work ethic of the Swans midfield - tick tick tick.
It's all but signed.

Anything else I can help you with today?

I like that alot more than a straight swap for a no name.
