Fewster your a disgrace.

I have been calling for this all year, get this guy out of the side.
He does more damage than good, he isnt just a passenger hes a liability.
He quite oftens passes directly to the opposition.
His decision making is terrible (often kicking out on the full)
He gives away countless free kicks.

This guy is only getting a game due to his salary,other than that he needs to cop the flick.
Give one of the kids a go like Browne or Woods.

hehe...what about Simmonds....kicking the ball out on the full trying to switch the play in the back pocket. That was the worst kick ive seen in football.

How much longer do you plan on carrying this bloke?

I find it amusing that people try to distract the attention away from his footy, by coming up with "clever" nicknames for him.
It cant work for ever. Surely you can see that the "Anvil" can't do any of the following:

- Run
- Take a mark
- Hit a target
- Pick the ball up off the ground.
- Play down back
- Kick a goal up forward
- Keep his opponent accountable

Connolly had the guts to make the right decision with Dale Kickett, how about Leigh Brown now?

But I doubt it'll happen.
Can't wait to see where Connolly tries to hide him next week.

Bit unfair on Fewster cos there were a lot of other players who made mistakes during the game, to single out Fewster wont help

Anyway, you have to admit that your whole team was shocking today, the 'in and under' players which you claim to be one of the best in the competition didnt make a difference in the end and your forward line was extremely well held by a young Geelong defence. Full credit to Geelongs young players who did a great job.

But dont worry, you only have to face Essendon next week

As if one player's performance can be responsible for a 10 goal thrashing away to one of the poorer (or so was predicted pre-season) Victorian sides.

Oh yeah, that's right, he's an ex-Eagles player.

PS Woods, who was so touted by you as another emerging Freo champion pre-season, can't get a game at the Dockers now and is reduced to being not as good as your old mate McDougall in the WAFL game Swans v. Demons. Suck on it.

Fewster is yet another eagle reject that I have had problems with since he joined the club.
Tough stances have to be taken and I am sorry but this guy does not deserve a game.
Mcdougal is the biggest waste of a top 5 pick as he will never play a game.
And dont tell me you werent one of the eagle supporters baging Gehrig and calling for Cummings head.

Fewster made the handball which gave Geelong a goal then they scored another then another then another then another. We had the same amount of the ball. It was back to handball and small kicks. Fewster gets the ball........is he getting backup...........Is he in a position where he should'nt try to do the small man work.........cause they didnt turn up today. We were terrible. Ill defend someone who gets the ball.

The whole team played shocking we just had an off day played well below our best failed to kick accurately and it cost us badly.

Bad luck to Freo today. They were outplayed but have improved a hell of a lot from last year and are certainly a club that's headed in the right direction.

Good luck for the rest of the season apart from the return match at Subiacco later in the year of course!!

I was hoping the boys might carry on with what seems to be a good year, with winning away. Don't care who or where. If we beat Essendon at home its a sign that we are on the right track. Keep winning at home which is good to see live, instead of winning away and losing at home. That would be weird. How about winnning run away and at home. That would be weird.

I was just wondering why Leigh Brown is apparently untouchable when it comes to Docker supporters. The guy was far worse that Fewster today, and has been for the entire season.

On the game though, in the opening term I got that feeling that they weren't going to come close today. Too many skill errors and Geelong really did take advantage of them. I also thought that Geelong dominated on the bottom of the packs and always had a number of receivers just out of the pack ready to pump the ball forward. I was really impressed with Bartel aswell, if he can keep that up it'll be a tough pick between Judd, McGough and Bartel for the rising star this year. As for freo, it was a pretty piss poor effort, I guess we did keep the margin down in the final Q, but the game was already dead and burried. Koops played pretty well which was a bit of a positive, the only thing that worries me about him in the backline is that he plays for freekicks too much. I remember Kingsley gave him a little nudge in the back and instead of putting his hands up to try and get the ball, he jumps forward leaving Kingsley to take the mark and go back to kick the goal, it was a bit of a worry.

Not many positives to take out of the game though.
