im playing as Barnet and working my way up... atm my Stadium Manager is at like 5 and the stadium still hasnt gotten ne bigger. does neone know if it will change or not? cus i am seriously sick of playing in a paddock with no lights. my next upgrade is over $18mil! so if that doesnt get me a bigger ground i dont know what will
 
How annoying is the advantage rule. Twice now i had a fast break, keeper runs out, i chip it over keeper and keeper slide tackles me, i watch ball roll into goals and ref pulls it back for a free kick 40 yards out and I havn't even worked out how to score free kicks from outside the box yet.
Also I came across a glitch last night where the other guy had invisible players. It only lasted for a few mins at the start of the match but it was funny watching the ball move around by itself and i had no idea where the players where.

yea ur right mate they have. its not in manager mode anymore... its gay bcus when i out my player into Be a Pro mode it changed my number to some random one for no reason. ohh well.

here's a succes story for ya guys!:
I picked up Hernan Jorge Crespo as a free agent (paid nothing), he was/is 34 and his skill level was 81 when i picked him up, 2/3 of a season later he's up to 86 with skills such as finishing and shot power tweaked. He has kicked 21 goals from 36 games (equal 1st) and a rating of 7.58. Not bad for a free pick up.

Moral of the story is, during Transfer peroid, be sure to check out the Free Agents:thumbsu:
 
Yeh I picked up Benzema and he went straight to number 2 like usual, frustrating u can't change. It has me baffled why you would actually scrap it in the first place.

One question also. How do u go about changing the weather and the day/night?

Exactly the same...sold off Dossena and Voronin at the same time, so the 10 was available for Benzema, but they gave him the bloody 2! :mad:
 
i've been playing be a pro season... i think its quite difficult.

not use to having to position players constantly, also the camera angle takes gettin use to...

it's quite a different game when u play BAP.

Yeah, it's fun but challenging, some of the goals set before a game just make it even tougher, like win by 3 goals, sometimes I can't even score 1 let alone 3!
 
you get better at it. u learn exactly where to be, when to run, where to pass etc and u can really start making a fool of everyone.

is neone else gettting screwed by the lag? god i hate it. I finally get someone with a gd connection and i win:D.
absoloutely carved him in extra time, putting to in the back of the net with Eto'o

Lol ive been getting challenges that are like win by 5 goals, score a hat-trick and get a perfect 10 match rating...all in the same game. And getting a perfect 10 with a midfielder is bloody hard with all the positioning deductions they give u :mad:

in case you were ever considering it, don't ever asked to be subbed off.

they call u lazy in the papers, deduct points from ur score, and u dont seem to get any goals (one of my goals for that game was to win the match, and to have 2 shots, both of which i clearly achieved)

Lol nope i never considered to sub myself off, altho i have been red-carded twice :eek: and yeh the papers bag you out pretty mercilessly afterwards.

Why would you asked to be subbed anyway?

I mean it is tiring for your playing if you play as an attacking midfielder or something, but just make sure your stamina stat is good and don't sprint if the ball is too far away.

Yeah the Cards are bad, Yellows put a dent in your rating, so you want to make sure you get it early to recoop the loss, and free kicks put a little dent in the rating too, but the Reds, well I got a Red in my first game and because it was such a crap start I reset the BAP mode and started again, but good old me had to go and get red carded in my 3rd game, I accidently tackled a guy without the ball:))), kept going as my form was good before then and after coming back from suspension I played a blinder(About a 9.0) after missing out on basically 2 games as my red was within the first 15 minutes of that 3rd game.

partly cause i was curious, and partly cause my team was losing and it was boring the life out of me - couldnt be bothered playing the last 20 minutes.

do they ever just sub you without you asking? if you're having an absolute stinker?
 
I'm playing an A-League BAP co-op with a mate and none of us have ever been subbed off...

Also for some reason Salley and Cristiano haven't played for ages! I think one got suspended and the other injured or something and now they can't get a game. Spaggy is up front with Ago (top scorer in the league with 2x hattys and 1x5 goal game while none of us controlled him) when Cristiano is a much better option.

Still we are 2nd, 4 pts behind PERTH GLORY with 4 games left.
 
I will probably be buying this this weekend, if my local EB has any copies of it.

Love to have a game against any of you online, got 30000 speed cable wireless internet so there should be no connection problems :D
