Does anyone else's settings keep changing? Every game i start something changes in the settings, like the camera, or the next game the speed is half it should be, then the halves go for longer.
Getting old and annoying very quick.
In career mode btw.

oh i agree and thats what i use the scouting/youth academy for but i just wanted a handful of good players i can get a core of a good side out of cos i sold everyone without wasting 4 seasons to find out they suck...some of these guys that i got are rated in the low 60s so it would be difficult to ever think they will be great in the years to come

Agreed. It's so awesome just to see a player you sign turn into an absolute star. Not sure if you were hinting at me as I didn't check it out and when I said looked for 18 year olds with decent ratings, I mean just in the "Buy Players" area in FIFA, max age 18 and minimum rating 70.

I am throwing the kitchen sink at these tools and it seems I won't sign a single star in this january window :( They all agreed to transfer fees but won't agree to wages on personal terms, don't want to move to a lowly club etc. I have money to throw around!!

Aubameyang, Dede, Ogbonna, David Luiz have all said no about four times. I did sign federici though :oops:
 
Desperately tried to get a striker, can't believe these guys take so much persuading. Robinho, Aubameyang and Remy all didn't want to come to a lowly club despite me offering double their usual wages plus 20% goal bonuses, eventually I signed Bony on wages of 125,000 pounds when he is valued at 30,000 pounds!! I just had to get someone, can't rely on 61 rated Mitch Mallia up front now.

Bony has mid-70s in pace but I am a big fan of his 93 strength, 91 shot power, 85 finishing and 83 heading accuracy. I could be revolutionising Sydney FC!

Team now looks like this:

Federici (72)
Grant (61) - Ogbonna (80) - Dede (82) - Fabio (62)
Antonis (66) - Previtali (65)
Vokes (73)
Chianese (66) - Bony (81) - A.R.Traore (74)

With a bench of:
Necevski (61), Ryall (62), Gligor (58), Yau (64), Mallia (61).

I simmed the entire first half of the season just to reach this window and I'm first on the table by about 10 points, think I might just sim to the finals series and then have a go with these legends!

Adds to the fun as well! Go for the typical marquee signing. Try Ryan Giggs, Cahill, or Henry or something.

I left everything a bit late. Was rapt to get both Dede and Ogbonna when I was expecting maybe one. Signed Bony with 1 hour left on deadline day for way overs, hope he performs.
 
All I seem to be playing is Career mode and then a bit of Ultimate Team. So fun, the both of them.

Just lost my first game of the season to bloody Norwich City of all teams. Gave away a penalty in injury time after Holt ran over the top of diving defender and fell flat on his face.

That sounds similiar to some game in 2006.
 
Just won the A-League title for the second year in a row. Whipped Adelaide's arse 5-0 in the Granny, it's almost too easy but with the squad I have it's almost expected. Still mad fun. My CAM Vokes got a 9.9 match rating and I was astounded as he didn't seem overly influential and only scored 1 goal, but checking out his stats he completed 15/15 passes and 11/11 dribbles, 2/2 tackles, 1/2 shots on target, 1 assist and 1 goal. A near perfect game and the only time I've seen a 9.9 for an outfield player. :thumbsu:

It was, slightly unintentional initially but I realised it was sort of blatant after I had posted. Was hoping someone would pick up on it. Gold star for you.
 
Lol 5 games in 10 days, really?

Just had a cracker v Arsenal. 2-0 down at the Emirates, bought Dembele on, scored in the 65th. Both teams has plenty of chances, but Dembele grabbed a late equaliser after the keeper did his best superman impression making 5 saves in a row.

Whatever they want for Neymar throw in a decent player, subtract what they are worth from what Santos want and he will be yours.

I should just look at your previous posts but I am lazy, how did you get the money to sign those players in the A-League, not to mention the wages as well.
