I don't know if this was in fifa 14 as I didn't own it but one thing that really impressed me was when I played Liverpool vs City the Liverpool crowd held up their scarfs and started singing YNWA. It's the little things like that that I love.

All player ratings in the demo seem to be from last year's game. Azpilicueta is still 79 and Fabregas is 86, for example.

Just played my first couple of games, turned the volume up on the HTS and geez this game sounds so much better than what FIFA 14 did, the liverpool crowd singing YWNWA is awesome!
The gameplay feels completely different which is good imo though there seemed to be signs where the game felt clunky when changing direction and sprinting looks off to me

Played the demo on XBONE at work today. Really nice demo, usually after the demo I'm hesitant, but the improvements were very obvious. The atmosphere was amazing with the crowd both before and during the game in the Liverpool/ManC game. The 'live grass' is a little dopey, but still looks nice enough to add to what's been there.
The game looks crisper, plays better and still feels great.
Very impressed. Can't wait to give more of a go on the PS4 once the demo hits.

I think they said that is being patched in.
Some big improvements. The crowd looks and sounds so much better, makes you feel like you're really involved.
Love the grass, looks incredibly real and the new feature where foot prints and slide tackle markings appear and stay throughout the match is very nice. Also the player' outfits get a bit dirty, adds to the realism.
Finally got the BPL scoreboard and pre-game line-ups, been wanting this since FIFA 09.

People that have been to more recent EA events have said that the build that they played on (which I think was pretty close to being the full thing if not the actual retail game) is better than the demo and a lot of the minor stuff that we're picking up on on the demo like finesse shots, OP goalkeepers, the kick off glitch, etc. have been fixed. So some good news there"

That is utter bullshit. This demo is going to sell copies of their games for the whole year. It isn't a 60% build.just read this on futhead

True, and a tweet said that you wouldn't have to start your GM mode again to use it. And hence, you could start the mode now and still get a draft, as long as it takes you a month or two to play a season.
They have still removed basic things though, such as AHL affiliates and pre-season games.

so that's good news
Maybe with respect to the gameplay, but the main criticisms are not gameplay based but on the features, or lack thereof.

I know. But I liked the gameplay enough to warrant a purchase.
And a massive decline in sales can't help the series.
The demo build will be about 1.5 months old when the full game releases, so I'd say it's about a 80% build.
