Collingwood GF jumpers:

1990 - Stitched on patch
2002 - Sublimated
2003 - Heat pressed - Although these were new jumpers for the GF, not recycled jumpers from the season
2010 - Sublimated
2011 - Sublimated
2018 - Heat pressed

The Bulldogs had new jumpers made up the week of the 2016 GF, but still heat pressed. If they were made up why wouldn’t they have just been sublimated GF logos.
