Gumtree has put a ban on selling or buying GF tickets now.
They are selling 4 tickets. Not one.
Crazy prices yes, but they have tickets to do what they like with.
These are the people you need to hound, they won't get 900 each for standing tickets, so let them believe it for a few days and when reality sets in for them, give them a realistic offer

They can do what they like with it other than breaking the law. The reality is people who want tickets will offer a price higher than face value, which most of us can accept. However for a seller to blantly go out and scalp tickets is the reason why the AFL made the GF a declared event and to an offense to do so.

Yes. Tickets issued to members can only be used by members as tickets are not transferable. However the reality is non members still use them to get in.

Thx mate, I think it's not worth risking. Have heard some story's of people being denied entry
Are they particularly strict about it? I.e. If I go in a busy-ish area they'll let me through without checking ID?

I say find an Indian dude who looks a bit green. He's probably labour hire who isn't particularly knowledgeable about the ins and outs and will just scan and let you in.

Market will dictate that and often these people get stuck with tickets especially being in Perth.
If they sell for asking price then I guess they are actually worth that price to someone
lol seems a bit risky driving across WA on the back of that. I've just bought my bus ticket. Someone convince me that I won't have any trouble getting in. Surely they won't stop to check ID at peak hour

Come off it. There's been a waiting list for membership for years. Are you seriously suggesting the thousands of non-members who support the club are all bandwagoners?

I am an AFL member. I've never once been asked to produce my membership card while attending a game.
As long as we rock up during a busyish time I've been assured by other parties it's not an issue. Steveo and I have contingencies otherwise I believe
