Wow, that's probably my favourite. Problem with it though is it's often pretty challenging to find ones that are actually any good compared to other restaurant/take out.

I'm dead tired. Couldn't do my last PT exercise earlier. Had dinner(chicken and corn soup, roast chicken with mashed potatoes and roast pumpkin and cheesecake with a berry medley) and just had a shower. I hope the Richmond/GWS game keeps me awake.
Looks like I break out of here a week from Sunday. Having a home visit with the OT next week to take a look at my place for safety issues. I'll get to see Zsa Zsa. I miss her so much!

I'm so glad that I got private insurance when I returned in 2017. It has cost me a lot but it's been worth it. The public hospitals I've been in have been very good but for specialised care which I need private has been better
Although I may use it if I want to jump the queue for elective surgery soon when I don't get a tax break from it at the moment I've honestly thought about ditching mine.. Policies are expensive and there's still out of pockets expenses when you go in. Also whilst I'm not rich lol what I do have is mostly liquid/cash with no morgatge so if I really wanted I could just pay myself to use it if I had to.
I actually listened to a lengthy convo between 2 young blokes on the train the Freo v Geelong about it and whether it was worth it and they had no idea, well even less than me..
How are the sheep going, I had to put my favourite ever chook down today (and I've had like 100+ since a kid) survived a fox attack with one other survivor baby so hand raised, then having its scalped ripped off by some bird (so named 'Baldy') but couldn't beat a tumour like growth.
Wouldn't mind a pet lamb for a bit actually, dumb but such innocent and endearing animals. Plus the baah-ing could piss off the fatso neighbour.

Still only the two lambies yet.
One of the ewes was in labour for ages on Wednesday and obviously struggling. Her lamb was born dead. Our breeder, who is a vet, came and checked there wasn't another one inside and gave the poor girl painkillers.
The two lambs adore each other and are always together.
Should be more very soon. It's great to see them explore and play together.

The old man used to often bring a few motherless lambs home when I was a kid for us the raise, got to be only shearer on the planet that actually liked them as animals haha. Flawed but funny bloke.

Sheep are lovely. I love em. Also talk to them all the time..
These are my new mates down the local park that I now bring rolled oats and chopped silver beat haha.
The weird thing about cats and chooks though is if they are both in the 'family' they sort of have some sort of 'understanding' and get along. As in like a mother with 9 baby chicks wont give a shit about a the cat with the babies running around it it. And the cat ignores them, but if another hen accidently wanders near her clan it will get a beak up the arse for its trouble.
