ive never been to that thread, and now that i have im never going back. it was...interesting.

My last LTR we had the opposite taste in TV Shows (and movies most of the time). Could never just veg out and watch an arvo of TV. That kinda sucked tbh

nothing better than getting day drunk on a sunday and watching tv all day. i never used to mind opposite tastes, at least you get to see something new that you may end up liking. (until you end up getting tricked into watching a whole season of gilmore girls)

Re movies we had a good vito system. Movie choices were taken in turns but if you really didn't want to see it you could vito. And vito until the movie chooser came up with a movie you both wanted to see.

its a cartoon parody of scooby doo. mike tyson (voiced by mike tyson), his adopted asian teenage daughter, a ghost and a talking pidgeon solve mysteries. each episode only goes for about 10 minutes and its absolutely hilarious

me and some of my friends had a similar system for food. we put in about 50 or so different restaurants and take away and used that to pick where we would eat. everyone only had one veto, and if everyone vetoed you had to eat at wherever came out.

we even had a booby prize, which was whatever you could get out of the vending machines at the nearest train station
