Yep. Had minor probs with ingredients (minced ginger not powdered) and GF flour and oven temp, so they were very flat and lacked punch. Paired nicely with regular and earl grey tea.

Will try again in a week or so with higher temp and more ginger.

And yeah they go perfectly with tea. Dunno what it is.

And they do come out pretty flat if you meant flat in the literal sense.

Id roll them into idk about like 2 tsps worth of batter and flatten them on the baking tray.

Oh yeah use baking paper on the baking tray- no oil nothing. Saves you from washing the tray after.
