Good mornin'. So this is what it feels like to get up early? Neurologist appt at St Vincent's this morning. Senior transport is picking me up and bringing me back. I haven't used them since before Covid started back in January. Should be home at noon or so.

Good news, bad news from neurologist. Good: no additional signs of Parkinsonism. BP acceptable with meds. Bad: rehab to be restarted, wants me to go into respite care for two weeks. Live at home only if I get additional home help services. No more late nights. Must gradually get into a routine to get to bed by midnight. Get a wheelchair for outside activities.
