Thanks to everyone who voted in this, it's a massive privilege to have won this award when the standard across the board is so high and has taken even bigger steps on the back of the larger scale NAFL competition last year. For what it's worth, the Cockatoos tail feather concept came to me in the shower, I originally drew the first draft with steam on the shower door, and put the concept on my computer not long after. It's one of my all-time favourite designs, and I'm stoked to not only have won NAFL with it, but for it to have won the Design of the Year - it really does mean a lot.
