I think you can edit a team by going into the Microsoft files or whatever aswell.

lol i had the same thing. He won the Brownlow but he didnt win the Best & Fairest. It was won by Nathan Jones.

Yeah awhile ago in my 1st season Bruce flogged the Brownlow but got pipped by Brad Green or Brad Miller (Can't remember, 1st name was Brad) in the B&F. Not that I really cared.
When editing players, I've found the following works 100%.
(Sheet editing)
Edit team to however you like.
Close screen
Save lists
quit to main menu
go back to edit
repeat.
when you're done, import rosters as normal.

What are some suggested edits to make the game more realistic. eg make Cameron Bruce a working hard type player from a goalsneak type player to limit his effectiveness.
High possession players - make them HFF with terrible goalsense and NOT "run hard"
Rebound HBF - midfielders with 'defensive'
KPF = do not make them "Runs Hard" even riewoldt/franklin/etc - it seems to stop them getting many possessions at all. I'm guessing maybe they're so busy running hard upfield they aren't in the forward line when it's kicked there.
In general:
Defenders need MUCH higher crumbs/uncontested possessions/Def One
All players skill = +25% accross the board (so many turnovers, unrealistic).
All rucks stamina = reduced to 80% of stamina. If you do all players, no-one recovers in time to come back on = only four interchanges per quarter.
Small forwards with decent uncontested marking are WAAAY too good. This can be overcome by making them "run hard" instead of "goal sneak/full forward" = or alternatively making them KP players.
It seems there are a couple of things in the game that are counter-intuitive:
rucks with great 'midfielder' stats (Cox) don't outperform tall/strong rucks in possessions either.

Also, I'm sick of goalattacking midfielders getting an average of say, 35 disposals while aso kicking 30 goals for the year eg. Abllett, Bartel etc.

Sweet as. Another update already. He is really doing some good work. 
For the next update, i hope there is a fixture editor and a finals system editor. That would be cool as and to create your own competetions.

There should be more stratagie plays. You can pick your own stratagy every game that you want to play. That'll be good. Also maybe a VFL competition would be nice.

Ironically, in the latest Western Derby I had, I think WCE scored ten goals, 32 behinds.
