Watching the replay to confirm, he clearly was. Wing already under the car and Hamilton was being fairly cautious and slow going past him before Perez's car.

Pascal. Max finishing 2nd and leading late. The epic midfield battles during the race. Seb's tyre. McLaren Honda continuing to take steps forward. Kimi scoring another podium and being level with Seb on points. Carlos Sainz' drive. Haas scoring points again.

Ricciardo seems to be harder on his tyres lately. Wonder if its something to do with getting more top end speed out the car. It was like when ricci first came over, he did better than seb and people put it down to driving a more challenging car and having to nurse it more, helped with a smoother style
