Crows fans, do you think Hentschell will play much this year? He hasn't played for a long time and I'm interested to hear crows fans' thoughts on whether he'll come back.

It's hard to say. If he stays injury free, yes. But he's only one injury away from being done for good.

If I had to choose, I'd say yes, but there are probably safer bets in the AFL.

Well tonight is his first AFL quality game since his leg injury 2 and a half years ago. Would be wise to check it out and see how he goes :)

the structure is not the problem, the efficiency of movement into the forward 50 is.
DING! DING! DING!

We have a winner!

If you get it to the forward line often enough, quick enough and in the right spots, you will kick big scores! Personnel are part of it. Our problem is not so much the personnel, its how we go abuot getting it to them. We could have had Franklin and Brown in our forward line last year and it wouldn't have made much difference because of the way we brought the damn thing in. It was painful to watch at times.

Clean up the delivery and ball movement into the 50 and I guarantee you we will kick big scores.

In 2005 we didn't have a superstar, we didn't have a Brown, or a Pavlich or a Fevola but what we did have was great ball movement and efficiency going forward. We were 2nd highest scoring team that year not because of our match winners in the forward line but because of our efficiency and ball movement going into the 50.

Thankyou!!! I've been trying to explain to many that this is our problem.... it not the forwards it's how we get the ball to them!

I thought our forward kicking tonight was actually an improvement on last week, except for those times when the mids were under too much pressure to place a kick well. Often when the ball was at ground level we swooped on it well, and tended to kick to advantage. Good signs there! Place Tippett, Porplyzia, Burton and Walker back in that forward line and things start to look a little rosier!
