TJ, going by this list of names, are you serious...

Yep, there are some shockers there which is why I gave you the last option.

Mind you I tried to pick ex Crows which limited selections.

Ask yourself this question then; if these were the candidates for the job who would you tip or would you tip another person REMOTE from the club.

**** Rehn off.

He chose to leave the club, I don't see why he should be welcomed back... has he finished suing us yet?

Ideally, my first choice would be Garry Lyon.

But I don't think he will leave the media to do coaching. Maybe to coach Melbourne he would but I doubt he would come to the Crows.

Of the list mentioned I would probably chose Rehn, given that he can continue his good work with West for a couple of years first or joins the Crows as an assistant for a few years.

If Ayres retires after this year I would chose Wallace.

If I had to guess who will be our next coach I would guess Craig but I don't think he did enough as Norwood coach to deserve it.

I guess you feel the same about Darren Jarman for not playing for us to start with then.

Move on, the past is the past.

**** I reckon Garry Lyon would make a good choice.
I love his commentary and insight into some of the "plays".

As for Terry Wallace he would not get my vote purely because of his high octave voice.

Whats that got to do with it I hear you ask?

Probabaly f*ck all; but if you are going to have a Coach berate you in the "science of the game"he might as well have balls.

Wallace, John Platten, Matthew Campbell - Squeak, squeaky and Squeakier:D

Max Bickley, Marks ol' man was an excellent country coach so he'd probably passed on a few genes but Mark looks to have his mind set on the media fullstop.

I'm not a Wallace fan either. Its not exactly a voice to inspire players before they go out onto the field of play, is it? ;) On that point, was it Wallace who wouldn't speak much to the players before the match on game day?

No. I still want to kick Neil Kerley's arse over that one however!

I did want Hart to succeed Blight, but I'm past that.

Have you ever met him Dave?? I don't think so, otherwise you would never have wanted Harty as our coach.

He "coached" my younger son in the North Adelaide U/15 special squad and a more illiterate Neanderthal type grunter without strategy I have yet to observe.

Harty??? No thank you!!

Hehe, nice description. And no I haven't met him.

He didn't sue us.

If he was goint to sue the AFL and the SANFL he had to include the AFC as his emplpyer anyway

His career was ruined. I think its very harsh for you to expect him to just take it.

The man had to have three knee reconstructions and was instrumental in us winning two flags

For that, we should forgive just about anything.

Rehn is a club champion and desreves respect.
