Game Changing Moments!

When you are watching a game such as on the weekend and you see things like the Powers first goal do you agree tose sorts of things are big in the context of the game, we had the momentum and were well on top. It was just a poor effort from the Crows and then the Power got three goals in a row to steal the momentum back and if we had of been close at the end of the first quarter then you never know what would happen.
Same thing as the Perrie miss in the last and Careys goal, well I thought it was (They were saying what a time to kick your 700th goal) and then they signalled a point, I thought it was right through the middle and didnt even think about a point until i saw them signal it, does anyone know how much it missed by.

ANyway being a Wa BORN AND LIVING HERE Crows supporter we had better beat the eagles this week, I am very confident we will too.

Yes - you are right on that one - Smart should have tackled the Power guy who had the ball and not attempted to bump - he could have wrapped him up easily.

AND if we had kicked the 1st two goals in the last 1/4 we may well have gotten up instead of playing catch-up from there on.

That made me livid. It was C-ckatoo-Collins - and why would you want to bump him out of the game anyway? C-cky bounced off Smart's attempt like he was nothing then dished to Senior Burger (i think?) who kicked the goal.

Great example to set for the younger kids... in your defensive 50 with well over 200 games experience bump the opponent with the ball - don't tackle him.

Just watching that piece of play again. It was a comedy (if we could laugh about it) of errors all round.

Ricciuto tries to handball to the running Shirley, by the time he executes the handball Shirley has run a long way forward and the ball spills to ground. Massie picks the ball up and gives it straight up to Pickett. Picket handballs to CCC, Shirley runs past and fails in a half-hearted effort to tackle, and then Smart lays his ineffective bump. CCC back to Pickettt, goal.
