How about, Adelaide, Bombers twice, Freo, the woods tonight, Sydney at Sydney, is that well constructed enough for you champ?

Instead of calling him a "spud", how about you identify where he is lacking as a coach & the wrong moves he has made etc. I'm not saying for a moment that Ratts is the perfect coach, but it is way too easy to just say he is crap, without backing it up with an explanation as to where he is going wrong. Realistically, if I wanted to I could just come out & say you're a 'crap poster', but that would not be fair without detailing your shortcomings.

FWIW, I knew Carlton were in trouble in the first quarter when Collingwood kicked a behind & no-one wanted to take the kick out. To not want the ball is a sign of a team that is not switched on.

Hilarious that we had our negating players in Carrazzo on Didak and Joseph on Davis, with little to no effect. And yet Swan was given no direct opponent, allowed time and space to roam free and rack up the stats at will.

Ratten ever think to put one of our negating taggers on Swanny when their original matchups weren't working?

BTW drop Bentley, NOW! The team as a whole was very, very crap, but he is a spud of the highest order.

Unfortunately, under extreme pressure, the bottom 6 of our best 22 are found wanting. Maybe it's a blessing in disguise that we were beaten tonight, because we are not a top 4 side. I'm just happy to concentrate on making the final 8 now, and maybe with a bit of luck win one final to give the boys some finals experience, with a view to next year.

I will be quick and to the point. I think we have still got a culture problem in our club, that manifest from the past 8 years. Seriously another big game and we get smashed. I questioned at the start of the year Rattens decision to recruit Bentley and Johnson and i am being justified. Yet they keep on getting games. I am questioning seriously our ability of our staff to develop our players for the modern game. This has to go down to the the lot of them.

I think we are in a bit of trouble in regards to our list, that by my thinking is very overrated. Simple skills are not improving against good opposition. Very sad to see actually. I good development team improves these things, we are not. Ratten has had 2.5 in the job, and can any Carlton supporter please explain our game plan? Enough said i dont think the MC and Ratten can himself?

+1, mostly they cant hit a target, and god forbid take the kickout from a behind. Or kick for goal from 40 out. Yuck.

Really a great defensive game tonight from both sides.
We got the jump in the first but it was a real arm wrestle until 5 into the last.
