I actually thought he was pretty good. Then again we were only playing Hawthorn. Any thoughts?

It was just a performance.

He still dropped too many marks. If you're going to drop marks, make sure you've got a second and third effort.

Yeah that one where Kent speared him on the chest was a shocker. But I guess he wasn't expecting such a forceful pass from the K man.

It was a slightly improved performance. Those 2 goals he got have given him a free ride until Rd22 2007.

:D

He kicked 2 goals in the first half, did nothing in the second half, had only 12 touches with 4 of those being clangers, the most in the team.

Should still be dropped.

Sack Charlie, and put Rooke in the forward line like he was against the Hawks.

He'll have a go, and create goals through bashing, crashing, and tackling.

The best part about Rooke is because he is a defender, he creates forward line pressure just by playing his natural game style.

Who was it that got a goal [possibly 1st qtr] because of Rooke's defensive pressure on sunday ?

Shannon Byrnes.

Rooke hit Hay hard with the tackle knocking the ball loose in the process, King picked it up, got it out to Byrnes who finished well.

I do not understand how he is playing AFL football...I was watching him today during the replay..

Ball on the ground, fumble, pick up, turns it over.

Drops the mark.

20 metres out....Out on the full.

When he has a set shot you just think "ugh."

When he takes a mark he'll go back and take 4 days to make up his mind then he'll turn it over again.

I would much rather see Thurley in the side.
