I just got back from my first visit to the Maybloom board and must say, there sure is a lot of bed wetting going on there at the prospect of meeting the cats.
Most agree we are the last team they want to cross in the finals, some of the more delusional ones think Langford is the answer, others think putting Fitzpatrick as a forward is a great idea. Apparently us winning so many games leading into finals is a bad thing, does that mean losing to Melbourne and giving up top spot was a good thing?

Hawks have played 15-25 mins of football at high intensity all year in each game ... It's mostly won us every time.

Even today they didn't add intensity until mid way through the third quarter.

When finals come and we play high intensity football for a full game then people will once again be reminded about why you never write off this team.

I watched that game against Collingwood and you certainly played the entire game at a high intensity, your story to make yourself feel better about an average and lucky season reeks of self-entitlement and it's what every other Hawthorn supporter stands for... You're better than that. You were seriously lucky the Pies made some simple skill errors and some poor decisions at times otherwise you'd have been toast.

Don't make excuses. We all saw the forlorn look on Clarkson's face after the game and it wasn't of one who took most of the season easy... It was of one who realises his side is no longer capable of matching it with the best.

You're lucky you have the weeks rest otherwise you'd be on the receiving end of a thumping.
