He was offered let's say 900,000 to stay at the Crows. He declined and said 'I exercising my right to free agency and heading to Geelong... He was coming for less money... 800,000 let's say.

Adelaide obviously offered more originally so decided to match Geelong's offer forcing us to seek his services via a trade instead.

From a Gold Coast perspective yes. They need to get as much for this guy as possible. I suspect we'd have to toss a couple of players around and get 1 or 2 other clubs involved to get a decent offering.

Yes I'll be happy if he goes to the Hawks but for mine the players are getting way too much power and this mercenary attitude of "I'll only go here" is total BS. No way was Danger the first but he was one of them.
