I actually wish they'd persist with him. For every week he's in chargerit's another week they have no chance of improving!

Went for a stroll over to the Essendon board and the main board to see the early reactions.

Is a mixture of exhilaration at seeing the most egotistical w***er in football finally get sacked, and genuine disappointment that Essendon may not become even more of a train-wreck then they actually are.

Plenty of pot shots and poor old drunk Robbo too. But the funniest part:

In the last 5 years Essendon has paid coaches around $3 million not to coach them....


Moving forward do Essendon find a better coach (even Neeld or Watters would be an upgrade), or do they pay another Essendon golden child millions of dollars to come save them?
