I didn't want Freo to win because I can't stand the way they play football and don't want it to be encouraged, or Sydney for obvious advantage reasons. Apart from that whoever wins....good for them. I just want to see a good game on the day.

I know the hype around the draft and trade period has been cool, but I cannot wait until we're playing finals again. The Finals ad is brilliant, the hype around it (especially coming from WA) is crazy and of course we have Richmond competing. Bring on 2017!

I'm not a massive fan of trade week, love draft day but I cannot wait for us to have our premiership side ready to go. That moment when we have that realization/confirmation we've got a team capable of winning a flag is going to be awesome. Can't beat playing in September.

See I like North as a team, but in a worst case scenario if during this match both Richmond and North were sucked into some massive sinkhole and everyone perished; I would shrug my shoulders, say "that's nice" in a dismissive tone and go do something else.

Thats his passion talking but will regret that I think once it gets picked up by media outlets.
It was a toss up between Hogan and Cripps and I think Hogan is a deserving winner. For a key fwd to do what he is done is outstanding. He is going to be a dead set a grade gun in a couple of years.
If Melbourne know what is good for them they need to sign him up long term on huge coin next year. He is a player you build a whole team around....
I'm with Paul Roos on this one. Outside of Carlton media hype why is it even a discussion? Cripps has been very good but what hogan has done even taking into account his time in the system is outrageous.
Melbourne should definitely give him a massive offer. He's been the most positive thing about the club for a very long time.
