If you need a pick me up I’d recommend rewatching the game while reading the gameday thread on the Bulldogs board. Very satisfying if you’re a sad campaigner like me.
Ah my man it's half time on the replay and the Bulldogs game day thread is in full swing

Not sure if it is my sadistic attitude that has lifted my spirits or the fact that it took three days for my endorphins to replenish from Saturday nights activities

****, I missed the start of it on Foxfooty... guess I'll have to press the play from start button

Man U vs Bayer champions league final, two goals in two minutes in stoppage time to win the champions league. Wen to being down 0-1 to winning 2-1.
Liverpool down 3-0 at HT of the champions league final v AC Milan

Dan Andrews gave me 1 week off to prepare and 1 to recover/get drunk before going back to work, dangerous scenes for the wallet :tearsofjoy:
I probably could have worked today if I was still a tradie but I've been an absolute shambles trying to ****ing think as a white collar stiff today. Going to take tomorrow off and have another go thursday. :beermug:

I would have been right to work, but here I am getting shitfaced watching the replay for the 7th time cause we're not allowed on site :tearsofjoy: :tearsofjoy:

Going to go watch it again tomorrow with my bro who's a roof tiler. :rainbow:

I don't think these are anything like what happened to us lol

It would be like a soccer game being down 3-2 with 70 mins gone and then winning 8-3. I can't think of any sport where it's happened

I was looking at it more in the huge change in momentum. Who knows though, had Man U started their run at the 70th minute perhaps they might have won 8-2.

Did my last meeting today with the exec director today lying on the couch. In the background was the lamp I broke when Sparrow nailed that shot. It's all a bit much, glad you survived.

Survival is still very much 50/50 at this stage

That's a hell of a stretch

There's been 100000000 examples of momentum changing in sport. There's been great comebacks.

I can't think of anything that changed so much

It wasn't a great comeback that's the issue when comparing. 19 is awesome but it's hardly game over in the 3rd.

Liverpool down 3-0 at half time is nearly game over and an amazing comeback but we went on a 100-7 run. I can't think of a game where it was close but almost getting dangerous, to kicking a games worth of score in 40 minutes.

1993 NFL wildcard game. Bills down 35-3 in the 3rd quarter and ended up winning 41-38. Does that qualify?
