He'd get crucified by the media these days for the way he played. Pure flair, instinct and enjoyment. He used his body to protect the ball in marks on the lead better than the majority of full forwards these days

I wish he was down there teaching our current list how to kick set shots. I've said it before but Robbo was a very ordinary set shot kick early in his career, worked hard on it and turned into a dead eye by the end of it. He uncomplicated the entire thing. Ran in a straight line, got good momentum and lowered his ball drop. Too many of our guys do so much unnecessary shit.

As s* as our finals series have been last 2 years, it's pretty impressive that we've had the AFL men's, women's, VFL and McClelland Trophy in the last 24 months. Big chance to add another women's flag this year too. All while having a rubbish culture!
