GF tix barcode

Just wondering, I'm a member with the GF upgrade. So everything should be good in terms of me getting a ticket. But I'm still after a second barcode/ticket, so I'm allowed back in the house after the match. In order to sit together, would I need to be calling in favours before registration on Thursday? So as to register the barcodes 'together'. Or is the actual process of getting seats done later on once the ballot is complete?

It's all so confusing. At least we'll all know the process for 2014 though, and the year after that...

I am in a similar boat but already have the second barcode in the family just that the second is not with an upgrade. Do not want to miss the chance of giving up my guaranteed seat but would like two seats together had originally been thinking only I would be keen enough when I paid for the upgrade.

I've got the guarantee on my membership but I cant attend due to costs and what not. Not giving out my barcode though, cant risk whoever I give it to using it to by a prelim ticket before I do, but it does guarantee that there's at least an extra ticket available to those in the ballot.

TBH, that sounds like a plan if you have the upgrade and don't plan on going. It will simply give other Fremantle members a chance to get in the regular ballot.

Why don't you just purchase the ticket and then sell it to a Freo supporteer?

Why would I do that. I'm not after making a profit as the expense of fellow fans, and there's always a risk the ticket wont sell and I'm left out of pocket. Not worth the risk.

I wasn't doubting you. I just couldn't find it is all. I couldn't see it on the Facebook page either.

Does anyone know what happens if you go into the ballot and we don't get in? Does the money still come out?

I wouldn't see it like that... you could always sell to a reputable BF member on here to ensure it doesn't go to a scalper!

I didn't mean to sell it to someone at a higher price. Leungtl explained it better. Why don't you purchase the ticket and then sell it to someone on bigfooty for the same price? A lot of Hawthorn members did that last year
