Back to trade news....

Cats fans will be glad to know that after all Richmond supporters' crowing and gloating about getting a first rounder for Jack Graham, the Tigers have ended up with.......Pick 42 :$

They still got overs. Absolute spud.

Apologies for taking it off topic with Dempsey being a Christian.

It was initially a relevant discussion in regards to trading a practicing Christian into the club and people being perturbed by it.

I’m an atheist, but to each their own, there’s no need for anyone to judge someone’s beliefs either way on this forum.

Back to talking about trades please.

Feels like the media is going hard with the narrative that the Bulldogs and Geelong are at a standstill, but I don’t buy it.

I've seen and heard people suggest that the trade period is too long.
I say no way.

If this is my future being played with. I want to receive calls. I want to think about the options.
I'd need to talk to my partner, my kids. Do due diligence on schools etc.

I dont want my future forced in a tiny time frame.

It's happened to me. I was called into a room. I had to make a decision. I asked if I could at least make a call to chat to someone. "Nope, we need an answer right now"

I became stubborn. And I made the wrong call.

That Pies proposed trade is an absolute shocker for GC.
It's essentially Noble for 23 and if pies finish top 4 pick 13 goes backwards
Absolute theft

Houston trade is big as both Collingwood and Carlton see him putting them into premiership calculations

No need to apologise, like it or lump it people's beliefs influence all sorts of things.

I'm an atheist, but I found the discussion interesting. I'd never have picked him as a "believer" - but more power to him if he is.

Agree, if you don’t like it no ones making you follow it 24/7

Yet they are the first to say gEelOnG hAS nO sALaRy CaP when we are able to attract top talent.

Where are all the opposition supporters crying about Collingwood's salary cap when they can offer Perryman 900k a season, while going after Houston? The same goes for Carlton.

Or does this only apply out of jealousy, to Geelong?
